Cleaning Schedule: Primary Cleaning: Monday Second Cleaning: Thursday or Friday The pool team enters through the side gate and does not require guest interaction; they have a key to access the backyard. Pool Heater Use: The pool/ hot tub heater must be requested in advance. ➤ Additional charges apply for Pool heater usage. Do Not Touch Pool Equipment: For your safety and to avoid damage, do not touch or tamper with pool equipment. ➤ Unauthorized tampering with Pool Equipment will result in a fine. 🌳 Outdoor Environment Our outdoor spaces are maintained regularly, but Florida’s natural elements, like falling leaves, may accumulate between visits. A completely leaf-free backyard cannot be guaranteed, but we do our best to keep it tidy and comfortable. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 🛏️ Furnishings & Property Use This is a vacation rental home. While we maintain our furniture and amenities with care, normal wear and tear is expected. Rest assured, everything is regularly serviced and will be clean, functional, and ready for your use during your stay. 🐜 Insect Precautions Florida’s sub-tropical climate may attract bugs or critters. The home is treated regularly by a licensed pest control service. Please keep doors closed to reduce the chance of bugs entering. Occasionally, you may see a dead bug inside—this does not indicate an infestation. It means the treatment is working. 🧴 Toiletries Toiletries and pantry basics such as cooking oil, salt, and pepper are not provided. ➤ Please bring any personal or kitchen essentials you may need. 🛏️ Bunk Bed Safety If bunk beds are present in the home, please use them with caution. Guests use bunk beds at their own risk. 🔇 Quiet Hours & Parking Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Parking: Only use designated areas. Do not block neighboring driveways or park on grass. 🛠️ Damages & Liability The property is documented and inspected prior to your arrival. Any damage to the home, furnishings, or appliances—or excessive cleaning required—will result in additional charges. Do not move or disconnect electronics, routers, or appliances.
