Façade Renovations & View Obstruction -The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year -Balconies are closed and cannot be used -Views from the unit will be blocked Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views -Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours -Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM -Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period. -The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. -This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions. Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total). Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
