We are very close to Downtown Miami's amazing local attractions including Bayfront Park, American Airlines Arena, Museum Park, Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and much more. You will be walking distance from everything Brickell and Downtown Miami has to offer. For your convenience, I recommend taking an Uber/Lyft if planning to visit Wynwood and Miami Beaches to avoid parking issues (prices range from $4-$10). Citi Bikes are also available throughout Brickell ($6/hr). We are also located near Metrorail and Metromover Stations. Free parking is also included if you have a car as well. For the safety of our guests and neighbors, the building requires ID verification and guest registration. This is similar to providing your ID to the front desk of a hotel upon checking in.
