This is not a property to have a party but for a nice and relaxed vacation. No loud music at any time is acceptable. South Beach is approximately a 35 minute drive. Downtown Miami is approximately 30 minute drive. Naples, Florida is approximately 2.5 hours. Town and Country Mall is about 10 minute drive. Many different restaurants to choose in the area. Turnpike Expressway is 2.7 miles away. This highway connects with almost all other ways. You are within walking distance from an Ihop and Grocery Store. at the end of your stay, all linens and towels must be left on top of washing machine. Glasses, china, silverware, pots and pans must be washed. Absolutely no checking in or out before 9:30am unless previous arrangements have been discussed and accepted by host.
