Very safe and quiet neighborhood..no loud music or noises outside after 11 pm since neighbors are sleeping … no parties allowed under any circumstances.. will be subject immediate removal from premises ..garbage pick up is Mondays and Thursdays please put trash in the green container to tHe right of the house … the yard and jacuzzi are clean every weekand the service people will go in trough the fence next to fence ..thanks
