Due to building maintenance balconies aren’t currently accessible. URGENT , VERY IMPORTANT According to Miami Dade County's regulations enforced by the building it is required that at least 24 hours prior to your arrival you send screenshot of all the picture's ID of the persons that will stay on the unit so each arriving guest is pregistered on the system of the Front desk . When you arrive your assigned Host will help you make the final registration and you will read and sign for acknowledge the Building Rules and Regulations of the building. Once done you' ll be accompanied to your unit, you 'll find fobs and guest cards on top of the kitchen counter: HOUSE RULES Not third party booking is allowed in our units, if other person different from the one in the profile, ID will be required so you can't have approved your check in. We leave a clean unit for you, we kindly ask you on check out, to take garbage out to the trash room on the same floor and send it through the chute (dont leave bags in the floor of the trash room), dirty towels by the washing machine on a pile, Parties nor events are allowed. Let’s be respectful of our neighbors by keeping the noise down. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the unit, (fines apply). Please do not use towels to wipe makeup, it stains permanently. Only toilet paper down the toilets, we don’t want them to clog up. Thanks for your cooperation. Trash is to be disposed of properly. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor of any corridor or in the trash room. Bags or boxes can’t be  left unattended in front of door or in stairwell.Trash in bags had to be sent through the chute and not left in the floor of the trash room .Small boxes has to be broken in pieces before be sent through the chute . Bigger boxes has to be broken and delivered to the ground floor in the appropriate container.pls ask in the lobby how to access the location of the container. IF DETECTED BY THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE BUILDING THAT A GUEST DIDNT RESPECT THIS CLAUSE A FINE OF US 100.00 to US 500.00 will be applied to the owner who will transfer same amount to the guest. • Smoking – Cigarette butts are not to be thrown off the balcony. • Noise complaints – Parties are not allowed in the unit, this is a residential building. The maximum of occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom. There should be NO loud or unusual noises after 10 pm or before 8 am. • Food Deliveries – Food deliveries are not allowed in the lobby. All food deliveries are to be picked up on the ground level with security or will be sent up to the unit. Name for delivery must be the same name as the one on the reservation. • Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts. - No Gas or charcoals or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit. We thank you very much for your understanding and support. Currently due to ongoing renovations on the 15th-floor pool area, the pool will be closed from Monday to Thursday, and open only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Balconies are currently closed.
