Eleven miles from Bayside and Wynwood Walls. The beach? A short 15-mile drive! The lodging is a private room with a private bathroom and a private entrance attached to our quite family home. The guests are welcome to enter their private room and patio following the brown steppingstone by the flamingoes (right side). Once you enter the private patio you’ll find the front door of your room which you will open entering the code provided. There is a security camera for your safety. Since we live on the premises, communication and service would be easy and fast. At the same time, we respect the guest’s privacy. Our goal is to make your stay a 5-star experience. The neighborhood is quite and safe. We have lived in this house for more than 20 years and love it here. There are diverse-culture restaurants at walking distance. From Thai, Arab, Peruvian, Cuban to American, Chinese, Colombian, Venezuelan, Nicaraguan and Vietnamese. You name it and it’s probably nearby. Florida International University is at walking distance as well as supermarket, pharmacy and most restaurants mentioned above. We provide free parking on site. It is very safe to walk to the restaurants and shops around us as well as the university two blocks away. The bus routes connecting to most part of the city stop at Florida International University very close to our house. Although we do not provide access to a washing machine and dryer, there are laundromats very close to the property if necessary. Just ask, we’ll provide you with all the information.
