Please let us know as soon as you receive the delivery notification so we can share the code with you. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Self check-in is completed using a secure door code provided before arrival. - Pets are allowed, with a fee of $100 USD (it has to be covered before arrival). - Valet parking is available 24/7 through a third-party provider for an additional fee and must be paid directly to the valet company. - Parking rates are set by the valet operator and may change without prior notice. - Shared building amenities, including the pool and fitness center, may have operating hours and rules set by the building management. - Guests are expected to follow all building policies and community guidelines during their stay. - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required after checkout. - Pack ’n play is available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such are needed after their stay. - A trashed apartment fee will be applied for deep cleaning if the property is left in poor condition. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Guests will find a fob inside the apartment, which is required to access the amenities and use the elevator. If the fob is lost, a replacement fee of USD 100 will apply. - If the parking card is lost, a replacement fee of USD 100 will apply.

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
