Our home offers the best family vacation in the desirable Aventura area close to Aventura mall. The giant backyard is perfect for a family with young children with plenty of toys and a playground! This is a 1800 sqf home with a beautiful big open space design including kitchen, living room and dining room . The house is equipped with plenty of toys and young kids equipment that can be left on the premise if requested (toys, baby chair, crib, bicycles etc). Bedrooms are organized as the following- Room 1 - king size bed and tv Room 2 - queen size bed and ensuite shower and tv Room 3 - single size bunk bed + Toddler bed (can fit 3 kids) and tv Room 4 - crib and a working station Big spacious living room with tv. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (part of room no 2) - with a shower head Bathroom 2 - full tab The back yard is massive with a trampoline and a playground with swings. Important to note that this is our home, we live here and rent it out only for the summer while we are away. We kindly ask to respect the house rules, no parties, no strong noise, no smoking inside the house and most importantly enjoy and treat it with love :)
