Beautiful studio with privacy. Private entrance, 1 king sized bed. Microwave & Mini-Fridge. Welcome snacks. All toiletries, clean white towels, hair dryer, fast WIFI. Flat screen TV. This is the Closest Airbnb to the airport (3 min drive), 12 min walk to the Airport Car Rental Center and the Metrorail Station. Perfect for layovers as well as longer stays. Great neighborhood! 15-20 min away from most Miami attractions. The studio has a mini-fridge and microwave; this studio used to be the master bedroom with master bathroom inside the room. The studio has a super comfortable, king sized mattress. Table, cups, plates and disposable silverware is provided, as well as clean towels, hairdryer and toiletries such as new soap bar, shampoo and conditioner. WiFi signal is great since router is right across the hallway. 32" Smart flat screen TV has free Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services. Street parking is available up front. The house has palm trees in the front and you come in through the palm tree-lined backyard. You may also use the backyard to sit and relax (guests only). You will find some snacks on your arrival....... Click on "about this home" to see a detailed description. A lockbox is on the side door. You can park on any available spot on the side of the street outside the house. Go through the left gate to the side door to the house. ironing board and iron are provided . We live in the front of the house. You have your own entrance through the side, so you can come in and go out at any time and will have exclusive access to your studio. We will provide you a lockbox code for you to enter. However we will not be able to interact much as your studio is separated by a locked door from the main house and you have your private entrance through the side. We are available to provide you with directions and nearby attractions and methods of transportation. We know the area pretty well and can give you many local tips and tricks. This is a very nice and safe neighborhood, many of our neighbors own yachts and keep them here, since all the houses across the road are water front homes. The neighborhood is secluded and many police officers, such as our next door neighbor, live in the area. Other than being so close to the airport and Metrorail station, the house is 2 blocks away from a Golf Course and 10 blocks away from the Grapelands (mini) Water Park. 1 mile away from a strip mall with a Supermarket, Walgreen's, Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, KFC, Pollo Tropical, etc... many of them open until very late or even 24 hours. Click on the guidebook for a local map. An Uber will charge you about $10 to get here from MIA. Do not take Taxi, it will charge you almost $20. We are literally around the corner, 4 blocks away from the Airport Sheraton. 3 to 5 min away. Even though the house is a 12 minute walk from the Airport Car Rental Center and Airport Metrorail Station and I walk myself to take the train to work sometimes; Miami is a type of city where you really want to rent a car to move around the city as you will be able to cover much more ground that way. If you simply cannot rent a car, then, you can go to the train/bus station (a 12 minute walk), and go to South Beach (a 40 minute ride) or go downtown (a 17 minute ride) where you can walk around and visit Bayside Marketplace, the Metrorail can also take you to Brickell (Brickell Village), Coral Gables (connecting with the free trolley) or the Dadeland Mall area, etc... an Uber can take you to the Dolphin Mall. You can also take Uber or a local taxi to go places. The studio does not have a kitchen, it does have a microwave and fridge for you to keep and heat food. No cleaning or housekeeping will be provided during your stay, but for long stays we will provide you with another set of clean sheets for your use. Even though we are so close to the airport, please note that Miami International Airport is ENORMOUS and it takes a long time to get anywhere inside the airport. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport on your return flight. (Please don't use the towels to remove your make up).
