THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. WE ARE HERE FOR GUESTS 24/7 365 DAYS A YEAR - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, please request it 48 hours prior arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
