Free very convenient parking! Modern decoration and fully equipped kitchen. Recommended for max. 2 adults. Air conditioning in room + ceiling fan in living room. WiFi & Netflix, common washer & dryer. Apartment is walking distance to restaurants, Marina, shops, pharmacy, Burgues King... You can also rent a bike around the area, visit parks, museums or the beach! Cocowalk area is recommended for shopping, bars and restaurants. Flannigan’s, American bar/seafood restaurant is close by and serves great food, drinks and has many promotions and happy hour! Easy check in. Coconut Grove is very nice area, with many bars and restaurants but also family friendly! - Many things to do walking distance - Free Trolley (orange and green bus) - Bike rental close by (Citibike) If you need recommendations, ask me, I’m more than happy to help you! If you don’t have a car, there are many interesting things you can go by walking, like Flanningan’s, the pharmacy, Burger King, Marina, Cocowalk, Peacock Park, Monty’s, Fresh Market and more! Also, you could rent a “Citibike” close by or ride the free trolley! Please, not smoking inside the unit. No parties. Please keep in mind that Miami is a tropical city, which means the occasional appearance of insects is a natural part of the environment, especially during certain seasons. While we perform regular pest control, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed to help prevent any unwanted visitors. We understand this may be unexpected for some guests, but we appreciate your understanding.
