The residential building shares amenities with the W hotel, please be advised that amenities as pool, spa, gym and parking are all managed by the building and not us, hence we do not charge a resort fee and can't be responsible for amenity availability during your stay. The neighborhood is vibrant with lots of options for dining and shopping. Pool access is limited during construction period starting August 4, 2025. Pool will be closed Monday to Friday, opening Saturday to Sunday. There is also renovations ongoing in the lobby for shorter period. Guest has access to the entire unit and the shared building areas. Please be advised that amenities as pool, spa, gym and parking are all managed by the building and not us, hence we do not charge a resort fee and can't be responsible for amenity availability during your stay. Check-in window is 3 PM–11 PM, with last coordination accepted by 10 PM. Failure to confirm arrival time 1 hour in advance may result in inability to check in that day, with no refund. Our building requires check in to be in person, meaning a member of our team must be present during registration. They have a strict policy and we are not responsible for their rules, by booking this listing you are agreeing to the building rules besides our house rules, including but not limited to check in and check out times, sharing your ID and phone number to register you as our guest, and treating everyone with respect.
