Very peaceful modern centrally located newly remodeled 5 bedroom home. 5-10min from turnpike, 874, & 826 expressways, plenty of restaurants & activities to choose from, 20-30min from downtown, wynwood, & port of Miami & 30-45min from south beach. Rest well in our new luxurious hybrid foam mattresses. Stay home poolside listening to music, enjoy our mini gym or cook in our fully equipped kitchen in this lovely Miami suburb unit. Unfortunately not currently wheel chair accessible. * Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms with every type of cell phone charger in each room, with 4 featuring queen-size luxury hybrid foam mattresses and one offering a pool table that can be moved aside to give room for a couch to be converted into another queen size bed or a air mattress provided can be used. * Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms equipped with hair styling tools, hair dryer, hair straightener, & curling iron, & a lint roller. Complimentary bamboo toothbrushes, travel-size fluoride-free toothpaste, q tips, & floss picks are provided. Vegan, cruelty free, paraben & sulfate free shampoo, conditioner, & body wash also provided within push button dispensers in the showers. * Work Space: Naturally lit Florida room designed as a dedicated workspace with a desk & a ergonomic Herman Miller Aeron chair. * Outdoor Amenities: Screened in backyard patio with table & chairs, a Bowflex machine, air rower, pull-up, dip & leg raise bar, small treadmill, & elastic bands, please use exercise equipment at your own risk. In-ground pool with a 5.5-foot depth at the deepest point, please swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. A calming waterfall in the pool, a relaxing hammock, shade umbrella, table & chairs & a fireplace table. Child security lock & door alarm to make sure children do not exit into the backyard patio or pool unsupervised. * Kitchen: Fully equipped, spacious kitchen, with a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, dishwasher, plates, utensils, wine & shot glasses, coffee machine & hot water kettle with complementary coffee & teas, a stove/oven, sandwich press, small toaster oven, Jorge Forman grill, cake mixer, rice maker, crockpot, pots & pans & even a salad spinner to dry your salads after washing them, a blender & best of all a reverse osmosis water filter to enjoy delicious clean safe water for drinking & cooking. * Laundry: Washer & dryer, clothes shaver, clothes steamer, iron & some extra blankets located in the laundry room. * Extras: Closets with clothes hangers in all the bedrooms, floaty toys for the pool, & family games including classic cornhole, corn golf, & a few indoor table games. 70” Flat screen Roku TV in the living room, plus a flat screen Roku tv in each bedroom. * Parking: Ample, well-lit driveway with space for around 10 cars. * Living Areas: Open layout living room with extra blankets in a basket, open layout dining room, & kitchen, decorated with art and decor to inspire & soothe guests. Enjoy the privacy of self check in with digital locks and a new unique lock combination per new guest! Because we provide self check in there will not be any direct interaction with the host unless any unforeseen situations arise in the property that need to be attended to. If guest need any help from the host please reach out directly and we will resolve any issues for you. Peaceful Miami suburb right around a bunch of, as my daughter says, “ a bunch of mini mansions”, with plenty restaurants and malls close by. Guest must request when they want the pool heated at least 1 day before check in. There may be occasional maintenance in the garden or pool area during your stay however we always aim to do this in between guest stays.
