We have a front yard where we like to sit in the afternoon to enjoy the sun down, go ahead, grab two beach chairs and enjoy fresh air.
The apartment has a wonderful balcony to enjoy with a waterview. Aditionally, guest can enjoy the gym, pool, game room, playroom, laundry and steam room (coming soon) available in the building.

Dear guest, we offer one parking space located on the 12th floor of the building. Parking in Brickell can be difficult, expensive and often limited, if you have a vehicle and prefer not to park on the spot provided, please park carefully as towing is very common in the area.
Getting around the vecinity is fun and convenient by foot, on the FREE MetroMover (Brickell and Downtown), by electric scooters (available all around the area), the Miami Trolley which now extends to Wyndwood, and ofcourse, shareride services like uber and lyft and taxi! From the airport, there is also a very convinient train ride that will leave you just about 0.5 miles from the building!
If you do have a car, we hope this complimentary parking is useful for you, however, please note it is approximately an 8-minute drive up and 10-minute drive down due to the floor level and the tightness of the curves. Please drive carefully and adhere to the speed limit.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
