Located at the end of the mall in Brickell Center-You can walk there-It will take you a good 15 minutes to get there! Ceviche 105-If you like ceviche-Look no further-This is another local restaurant that is ranked #4 in all of Miami!-Reasonably priced again and one of my favorite places to eat! Located across the Miami River bridge outside your window-And a 6-7 minute Uber ride away-Unless you feel like walking! A Family Store-Feel like going for a snack? If you walk down 5th Street and go west past the big construction site on your right side about 2 blocks away-You’ll see a3 small convenience stores clustered together in a strip mall setting-There’s a store front that sells 20-25 different homemade empanadas that are fantastic! You’ll want to bring some home!-They’re that good! Definitely walk over there to get some-It will only take you 5 minutes to get there from the ICON building! Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar-Are you guys feeling like steak? Great steakhouse and great food without breaking the bank! It’s located across the street from the ICON and about a 2.5 block walk south-Steaks are amazingly good-The au gratin potatoes are to die for-And the carrot cake will turn you into a diabetic overnight it’s so good! Catina La Veinta-Mexican restaurant located in Tower 3 of the ICON-Fabulous setting in an upstairs and downstairs setting-Sit downstairs right on the water!-Its beautiful! There’s a bar located downstairs too where you can watch sports games as well-They have a 4 piece mariachi band playing at night and serve great margaritas and great food-Fun experience! It will literally take you 3 minutes to walk there! A little pricey for Mexican food-But good! Rusty Pelican-If you feel like getting out of Brickell and not go too far that’s safe with a great view of the water while you eat-Look no further-Its a 15 minute ride by car-The food and drinks are fantastic-Fish entrees are special-The views are breathtaking looking back at the Brickell skyline! NIKKI BEACH -MIAMI BEACH WEEKDAY RECOMMENDATION In lieu of the ICON pool being temporarily closed during the weekdays or from Monday through Friday while still being OPEN on the weekends both on Saturday and Sunday- We encouraged all weekday guests to visit Nikki Beach in Miami Beach which is located just a quick 10 minute car ride over the bridge from the ICON Towers located in the South of Fifth neighborhood! This classy venue has delicious food and drinks, great music and all-white aesthetic dressed staff are all top-shelf with A-lister clientele from all over the world! Nikki Beach is famous for pioneering the day-club concept of combining high-energy daytime partying and bottle service while being barefoot in the sand with private cabanas, lounges and tables that includes beach access on the Atlantic Ocean. You can literally change from your casual beach clothes to swimwear from right inside this super-clean restaurant! It is definitely one of the most fun spots in all of Miami and will serve you, your friends and family well while being one of your best experiences while visiting Miami-You won’t be disappointed!!!
