Just steps from a train station, with multiple supermarkets within walking distance and a Starbucks nearby, it's the ideal spot for both leisure and business travelers. A few steps from the metro railway that will take you to Downtown in 8 minutes and University of Miami in 3 minutes. Highly walkable as well to see Merrick Park and Cocowalk. Also had 3 supermarkets you can walk to. Trader Joe's, Milans Grocery and an Aldis. Fully stocked kitchen and professionally managed property. The house is the first on the right. There is also a barbecue grill and a table with a round bench in the area in front of the house. That area is shared between the 2 houses. We are also next to the Douglas MetroRail station, Miami's elevated train system. It takes under 10 minutes to reach Downtown, saving you the hassle of parking downtown. The MetroRail also offers a direct connection to MIA airport in under 20 minutes. Moreover, it seamlessly connects to the free MetroMover, a transit service loop that covers the entire Downtown area. There is a washer and a dryer in the back side of the house. Please be aware the machine are shared with the house next to yours. There is no heating system in the house.
