Two (2) bedroom and two (2) bathroom, featuring 1347 sq. ft. - Max 4 adults to use the amenities . - Check in time start 3:30 pm To 7:00 pm after business will be a charge of $35 until 11-00 pm Resort fee $30per person to use amenities long one week payable at the building Parking is only valet and is not included in the rentals. * Pool regulations allow 4 guest amenities cards only, however minors not need card only be accompanied with an adult all the time * Valet and concierge , parking are separate services and not included with the stay and prices start at $20 per hour at the valet downstairs , other options for parking nearby can be reserved at $36 per day very close from the building. * Guests will have access to the gym and spa (spa services are charged separately) *The pool is available on weekends ONLY (Saturday and Sunday). During the Week (Monday to Friday) access is not available is closed due to repairs. *The balconies are closed and views will be blocked and may be some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Furniture is not permitted during this period and the building will issue a fine for $3,000 f furniture is outside *Construction workers may be visible during the day and -Noise may occur between 8to 6pm on the exterior *Due to liability the building don't hold any luggage's on the building. There is some companies who provided these like Luggage Hero and Bounce (check for availability). -The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. -There is no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. -Please note: pool hours and availability are managed by the building, not the host. Façade Renovations & View Obstruction -The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year -Balconies are closed and cannot be used -Views from the unit will be blocked Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $45/day
