*Obtaining Cards: For both parking and pool access, the host requires a $150 deposit per card on Airbnb.
Returning the Cards: The deposits will be returned to you after checkout, provided the cards are left where you retrieved them.

Remember, parking is a smart system. It recognizes whether the card has been used or not, so the cards are not interchangeable. If you use one card to enter, you have to use the same card to leave the garage.
To fix the problem when entering, if you see the message "card already in use," take a ticket just to enter. Don't pay for it; you can throw it away. When you leave, remember to use the same card.
If you encounter the "card already in use" message when leaving, use the intercom to say that you are an Airbnb guest and ask them to open the gate for you. This will help fix the problem.
To prevent it from happening again, remember to use the same card to enter and to leave the garage. Thank you.
FFitness Center (24th Floor): Guests may access the fitness center located on the 24th floor. A pool/amenity access card is required and will be provided after the security deposit has been completed. Access is subject to the building’s rules, operating hours, maintenance, and availability. The host cannot guarantee access if the building temporarily restricts or closes this amenity.
Guest Restrooms (25th Floor): Guests may use the guest restrooms located on the 25th floor. Access requires the pool/amenity card provided after the security deposit has been completed and is subject to the building’s rules and availability.
Pool Access: Guests may enjoy the pool area during their stay. A pool access card is required and will be provided after the security deposit has been completed. Access is subject to the building’s rules, operating hours, maintenance, weather conditions, and availability. The host cannot guarantee access if the building temporarily restricts or closes the pool.
Room Service: Room service is provided exclusively by Adrift Mare Restaurant and is not affiliated with this Airbnb. Orders may be placed using the phone near the resident elevators or by calling the restaurant directly. All charges must be paid directly to the restaurant at the time of purchase. Billing charges to the unit or paying after checkout are not available. The host is not responsible for restaurant services, pricing, operating hours, order accuracy, availability, or any related issues.
Trash Room: Each floor has a trash chute room located at the end of the hallway labeled “Trash Chute,” where you may dispose of bagged trash only. A separate Service Elevator Room around the corner contains bins for recycling and flattened cardboard boxes only. Please do not place boxes in the trash chute, as the building may issue fines for improper disposal. Any fines resulting from improper disposal are the guest’s responsibility.
Package Services: Packages delivered to the building are handled exclusively by building security. Once received, they are logged and stored, and delivery to the unit is coordinated directly by the building staff. The host cannot retrieve, accept, store, or coordinate packages on behalf of guests and is not responsible for lost, delayed, refused, or misplaced deliveries. Please ensure you are available to receive and coordinate your own packages directly with the building staff.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
*We don’t provide washcloths, as we consider them personal hygiene items.*
Remember to take out the trash daily to avoid attracting insects.

The TV is a Smart TV that works only with streaming apps. Please use your account in one of the available apps on the TV.
This is a self check in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow all instructions being provided on AirBnb through the house manual, the check in guide and chat messages. There are cleaning products in the property, accessible to the guests. If you are coming with minors or people with a disability, please be sure they do not access these materials.
We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place.
Florida warm weather allows animal life to thrive. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extend of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding.
If you are going to need any kid’s or baby’s amenities we offer, please, let us know a few days in advance so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low demand equipment.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of some things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
Please be advised that all furnishings and items within the property, as shown in our listing photos, are subject to change. They may differ or may not be present/available during your stay. This includes all furniture, decorations, and any other items. We do not assume responsibility for these variations, and no refunds or compensations will be issued in relation to them.
The guest is responsible for researching the area and events and determining whether it's appropriate for their stay. We are not responsible for anything off of our property and no refund will be issued for weather, issues with city owned beach or roads, or events and crowds that disrupt a guest's stay. Further, we have our home on a routine pest and insect maintenance schedule but that does not guarantee that guests will not encounter insects or other wildlife and any such encounter is not grounds for refund. We are a strict "no refund" vacation rental, this means if there is an issue with the home that makes the home uninhabitable, guests may check out and receive a refund for any unused nights but if the guest has an issue with the home but still chooses to remain in the home there will be no refund issued for any reason.
Please note that the pool and other amenities are subject to availability and may be closed at the discretion of the building management. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that these closures are beyond our control and we are not responsible for them. We are unable to offer compensation or resolution for any such closures.
Important Notice: In order to maintain a safe and respectful environment, we explicitly prohibit any form of parties or illicit behavior within our apartment. This includes but is not limited to the use of illegal drugs, involvement in sex trafficking, or the accommodation of unaccompanied minors. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 70 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ We provide 1 bath towel per guest. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
