We are located in a very traditional Miami neighborhood closed to the high-end neighborhood of Coral Gables and the famous Calle 8. It’s minutes from Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Design District, Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown and Miami Beach. The GOOD NEWS is the studio it’s totally independent and separated from the house. Guests staying at the studio have NO access to the house, pool or any areas of the house and the house is completely fenced and private.⚠️ 🌴🏊‍♂️POOL/LANDSCAPING: The pool and landcape is professionally cleaned once a week, they have access through the backyard. You might see them during your stay. We also clean the pool before your arrival and we leave a cleaning net in case leafs fall in the pool and you want to remove them. Remember that our pool is NOT HEATED.
