Private room in a house shared with hosts. Private room equipped with two twin beds or one king bed with a private bathroom inside the room. You will fall in love with the exterior, pool, and lake. It is a great place for couples, friends, mother and daughter, father and son, business people, and people who love and want adventure travel. Quiet neighborhood, great location, very clean home with great amenities. The home is located in the Aventura and Sunny Isles neighborhoods. Very private and quiet area. It has a lot of security. It is a large home with lots of spaces around. You have access to the home in general, but if you use any of the spaces, you need to leave everything how you found it. The host's room is private. Cooking is not allowed. You can prepare salads, sandwiches, oatmeal, and cereals and can use the microwave; however, no cooking is allowed in the main kitchen. The grill outside by the pool area can be used, but it needs to be left clean inside, and out, and also the area in the patio where the grill is located. We like to socialize if guests are up to it. However, if our guests want privacy, we will be available but will let them have their privacy completely. The house is located on a large and peaceful lake. Only 5 minutes by car to the beach, malls, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, parks. We have two rooms, a suite with a king bed which can be converted to two large twin beds and a second room also with two twin beds and can be converted to a king bed. The pool area is gorgeous. You will enjoy some great sunsets. Our home caters mainly to couples, friends, or business people. It's only 35 minutes to the Miami International airport and 15 minutes to the Ft. Lauderdale airport. And 25 minutes to the port of Miami and 15 to the Port of Ft. Lauderdale. If not renting a car, we recommend using UBER or LYFT. There is plenty of space for parking. We recommend renting a car when in Miami. Public transportation is not widely used. UBER and Lyft are used here in Miami with no problems. We are also near the Aventura Brightline train station, which will take you to Downtown Miami to the South or Hollywood, Palm Beach, and all the way north to Orlando.
