Please note: the pool fence will be installed for safety. If it is removed during your stay, it is at your own risk.
* Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a fine of $1,000
* Pets: No unauthorized pets allowed. There is a $500 fee for pets without prior approval
* BBQ: If you wish to use the BBQ grill, please ensure the propane tank is filled. If empty, you are responsible for exchanging it. Please note: if the BBQ is left in an excessively dirty condition, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
* A/C Protection: To maintain air conditioning efficiency, please keep doors closed when entering and exiting the house
* Garage: The 2-car garage is not accessible during your stay
