Stay in the heart of downtown at our brand new 1BR located in a full service condo/hotel with full access to the Hotel amenities including; full gym & wellness center, pool and hot tub, pool bar & restaurant. Walk to Bayside Marketplace, museums, shops and the Kaseya Center or hop on the free Metromover tram to get around downtown and Brickell. Our condo has a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry and 2 beds (1 King bedrm and 1 sofabed in the living room). 32nd floor. 24/7 reception & security staff. BEDS: 1 KING bed in the bedroom with an open closet, ceiling fan, TV with streaming services and local cable. KITCHEN: full kitchen with stove, sink, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher. Fully equipped with dishware, cookware and utensils. Dining table for 4 guests. BATHROOM: full bathroom with tub/shower and bath amenities LIVING ROOM: Comfy living room with sofabed, tv and a private balcony. LAUNDRY: in-unit washing machine and dryer with laundry pods. AMENITIES: Restaurants, pool, pool bar, wellness center/spa with steam room and sauna, hammam, outdoor training area, a peloton studio, yoga lounge and full gym. Some amenities and services within the spa require a charge. The wellness center is located on the 10th floor. **A $39 per night resort fee is mandatory for each condo to be paid at the reception desk upon checkin** **Valet is $75 per night, there are no options for self parking on the property** Guests have access to all amenities and their individual condo. Guests must be escorted by their host when checking in. Please ensure you've provided your checkin time to the host prior to arrival. Checkins after 11pm must pay a fee of $75 for someone to come out overnight. Downtown Miami is a bustling neighborhood with shopping, great restaurants and bars, and one of the most beautiful waterfront sections in Miami. Take the free metromover system to all the best experiences and dining, downtown and Brickell have to offer. Walk through Bayside and enjoy live bands, tourist shopping and hop on a harbor cruise to get to know Miami by water. Catch a concert or Miami Heat Basketball game at the arena, or visit the amazing Frost Science Museum and the PAMM art museum (all within walking distance or metromover). Dont forget to take a ride on the ferris wheel at Bayfront Park. Favorite breakfast/lunch spots: Bobe Kitchen, Bistro Cafe, Miam Cafe Favorite restaurants: Casa Gianna, Area 31, Il Gabbiano, Zuma, Novikov For neighborhood transit we highly recommend using the free metromover system around downtown and Brickell. However most of the downtown area is walkable. Outside of downtown and Brickell we recommend using rideshare services like uber or Lyft. This unit is privately managed by your host Cory & ShoreHouse Management and is not part of the hotel. The hotel reception will require a registration and rental agreement to be signed along with a credit card to pay for the $39 per night resort fee. Once registration is complete, they will provide you with your access to use the elevators and to your airbnb. Any other services you may need, please reach out to your host. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged 24 hours in advance and extra charges will apply.
