Last-minute requests may not be accommodated. 🚪 Bathroom Note: The bathroom is small with limited leg space. Best suited for guests who are comfortable with a cozy setup. 🐜 Bugs: To avoid insects entering the space, please keep the door closed at all times. We are not responsible for bugs that enter if the door is left open. 🧻 Washcloths: For hygiene reasons, washcloths are not provided. 🚪 Bedroom Door: There is a small cosmetic crack on the bedroom door. It functions normally. 🚗 Parking Safety: Please do not leave valuables in your car. ⚠️ Reporting Issues: Any problems must be reported during your stay so we can address them promptly. Concerns raised after checkout will not be considered. 🚫 ABSOLUTELY NO glassware is allowed outside, especially near the hot tub area. This is to prevent accidents and keep the space safe for you and future guests.. You will have your own private apartment with a room, living room, and bathroom. You’ll also have your own hot tub and access to a private patio. The apartment is attached to my house but is completely separate and for your exclusive use. I am next door (most of the time). Please send me a message and I will respond ASAP We currently do not charge a cleaning fee, so we kindly ask all guests to be considerate during their stay. Please wash any dishes used and dispose of all trash in the green bin outside before checkout. If excessive mess is left behind (including trash, dirty dishes, or damage), a cleaning fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
