Violations will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. ➤ The guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused by anyone in their party, including pets. ➤ After check-out, the studio will be inspected. Any damaged or missing items will result in a reimbursement claim. ➤ Please treat the property as if it were your own home. ➤ Do not rearrange furniture without prior permission from the host. ➤ This studio is designed as a vacation getaway and is not suitable for post-surgery recovery. ➤ An unapproved 3rd guest will incur an additional fee of $100 and can result in the cancellation of the reservation. ➤ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $100 fee. ➤ Please message us in advance if you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM. ➤ Guests may not leave other individuals in the unit if they check out early. Unattended guests are not permitted to remain. ➤ Monthly bookings require an additional cleaning during the stay. This service will be charged to your booking. ➤ We provide a starter supply of toiletries and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). For longer stays or higher usage, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies. ➤ If the host permits early luggage drop-off, guests leave items at their own risk. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.
