Welcome to your cozy Miami Beach getaway in the heart of Mid-Beach! 🌊☀️ This private studio is just steps from the beach. The studio sleeps 4 guests comfortably with 2 doble beds ideal for couples, friends, or a small family. You’ll be close to iconic Miami Beach spots like the Fontainebleau Hotel, the Miami Beach Convention Center, and South Beach attractions—plus easy transportation options including Uber/Lyft, the Bus 150 from MIA, and the free Miami Beach Trolley. Functional kitchenette with small double burner, microwave, flatware, utensils and glassware Full bathroom, with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap. 2 double beds . 4 people max. A beach umbrella, beach towels (apart from bath towels), a cooler and 2 beach chairs. Parking options (based on my experience): There is street parking all around the building for $3/hour. Free from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM. If you prefer a cheaper daily option, there is a garage about 4 blocks away (across the bridge) at: 📍 400 W 42nd St 💲 Around $8/day Street parking enforcement on our block is not constant (in my experience, they check about twice per week), but of course this can vary—so it’s totally up to you. The garage is usually the best value if you’re planning to leave the car parked for several hours or overnight. You’ll have private access to the entire unit. Check-in is self-guided with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided the same day of arrival at 11:00 AM. 🧺 Laundry: The laundry room is located on the 3rd floor and costs $1.50 per load. You can reach me by text anytime from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Public transportation is also available nearby, including Miami Beach Trolley and bus routes. If you’re driving, please note that parking in Miami Beach is limited and mostly paid street parking or nearby public garages. *Smart lock check-in: Your unique door code will be sent the day of arrival at 11:00 AM. To lock the door, press and hold the checkmark button for 3 seconds. *Hot water: On colder days, hot water may take up to 5 minutes to warm up. How to operate the shower: Easy—just gently pull the handle out to turn it on, and push it back in to shut it off. Art Deco in its splendor! ✨ *Pest control: Scheduled every third Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday of the month. They may access the unit and you don’t need to be present. *No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged a $200 fee for deep cleaning (no exceptions). *Pets: Only pets 20 lbs or less are allowed.
