Welcome to Mimi & Poppy's Pool Paradise-A place to relax with the whole family! This pool home in Punta Gorda, Florida is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sun. This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (one is a newly remodeled ensuite Master bath) The lanai and pool area are perfect to enjoy the Florida sun with screening that provides a no bug area and a little sun protection while enjoying the resort style sun shelf chairs. The large pool is big enough for the whole family to enjoy! Mimi & Poppy's Pool Paradise features three spacious bedrooms designed for ultimate comfort. The master suite includes a queen bed, newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with a sleek sliding barn door, a large closet with hangers, and an expansive dresser. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a fun "surf vibe" and a spacious closet, while the third bedroom provides a cozy full-sized mattress and a relaxing "coastal feel."The home's open, airy layout is perfect for family gatherings-enjoy a competitive game night with our provided board games or a movie night on the 75-inch TV with surround sound. Outside, the heated pool is a true highlight, featuring resort-style chairs on the sun shelf for relaxing. (Please note: We ask that you keep a close eye on children at all times while in the pool area.)We provide a fully furnished home, just show up with your clothes. Beach chairs, coolers, and pool tubes etc are provided. When you're ready to explore, we are conveniently located near I-75, providing an easy 35-45 minute drive to beautiful local beaches like Manasota Key, Nokomis, and Venice. These spots are fantastic for shark tooth hunting and feature public facilities and snack shops. Guests/tenants have private access to the entire main house, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the fully screened lanai and pool area. Please note that there is a long-term tenant residing in a separate, private unit that is attached on the left side of the house. (in-law suite/studio) The tenant has a separate entrance that is accessed through the lanai/pool area and parks on the left side of the driveway. Please
